Booking Terms and Conditions

Upon receipt of a completed booking form, we will confirm your booking via the email address you have provided. Your booking fee is payable upon receipt of this email. All fees are due in advance and must be paid no later than 48 hours before the booking date. Payment can be made via BACS or using childcare vouchers.

Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel a booking and receive a refund up to 48 hours prior to the date of the booking. If your child is absent charges will still apply. There will be no refund for periods booked but not used.

In the event that we have to cancel a session due to reasons beyond our control we will issue you a refund in full or, at your option, transfer the payment to an alternative session.

To cancel  a booking, please email scsports0@gmail.com with your booking details. Transferring a booking can only be completed if there is availability on the date you wish to change to.

Late payment Procedure

 If fees are overdue, you will receive a payment reminder by email. Fees will be due within 7 days of the receipt of this email. If the fees are not paid within 7 days, all future booking rights will be suspended.
